Gene brings a lifetime of construction experience to his leadership of ERSA. He started out painting houses and odd jobs, progressing to a carpenter’s apprentice converting Amish houses with no electricity and water to modern plumbing, sewer and appliances, to building custom homes on the main line in Philly. In 1992 he was a partner in SWS Builders, where he was involved in every step of the process, from construction planning, design and estimating, project logistics and management, customer relations and billing. In 2014 Gene founded E.R. Salvatore Associates. Gene is a “hands on” leader who prides himself on being readily accessible for each project and strives to deliver clients a quality project that will last. He lives in Darien with his wife Linda and their two dogs Greta and Hatch. They have three grown children.

Eddie’s roots are in Chile, where he started his construction career with his grandfather who was a builder. When he came to the US he continued his career working for his uncle, and joined SWS Builders shortly thereafter. Having worked with Gene for over 27 years, he has worked his way up from framer to finish carpenter to project manager to now partner at ERSA. Eddie is a hands-on project manager overseeing and managing all construction activities. He keeps projects moving forward on time and on budget through his expertise and organizational skills. Eddie lives in Rowayton with his wife Blaire and their dog Bonito. They have four grown children.

Dick started his construction career at the tender age of 15 as a carpenter’s apprentice. From house painter to renovating barns to building restaurants, he hasn’t stopped since. In 1992 he partnered in SWS Builders. His duties included but were not limited to estimator, lead carpenter and project manager. In 2016 he started working with Gene once again at ERSA. With Dick’s extensive construction experience, he brings valuable insight to ERSA’s team as an estimator, performing pre-construction tasks, job supervision and overseeing project management. Dick lives in Weston with his wife Bernadetta and their dog Chloe. They have two grown children.
